In this class Realtors will learn what transaction management is, what it consists of and how to determine what is needed. The agent will leave the class with an understanding of the task a transaction manager can do and when a license is required. The class will also learn about the different types of transaction services and different ways to compensate the transaction manager for their time. Instructor Randie Henson
