In this class we will discuss the changes in the various contracts. We will discuss the changes that impact Buyers Representation, Listing Agreements, and Contract to close. The discussion will focus on the trickle-down effects of the initial changes, we will discuss the new forms that Texas Realtors has put out. We will also discuss the changes to the common TREC forms used in residential Real Estate. Filling out the new forms properly and posting them in the appropriate place is key knowledge any agent should have and needs to know. Instructor Jim Atkinson
