Legal Update I #47600 (4 hours CE Credit)

Legal Update I and II can be taken in any order.

As a result of attending this 4-hour mandatory class, the licensees will be updated on TRELA statutory changes and the TREC rule updates.  Class will also highlight the seller’s disclosure, water issues, contract issues, unauthorized practice of law, property management, and security issues. By actively participating and sharing brief experiences the salesperson will leave the class feeling more confident, competent, and knowledgeable in their profession. Class manual provided (e-manual provided for virtual classroom). Short quiz will follow.
