NICK ESPOSITO~INSTRUCTOR

I am a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and Branch Manager of Network Funding.  I have been in the business for over seven years as a Loan Officer, with the last three years as a Branch Manager. I was raised in San Jose, CA and went on to attend San Jose State where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice, and I moved to Texas in 2012.  I am an avid wine enthusiast and a level two Sommelier.  Besides running my branch, I have an amazing wife, two little kids, and a golden doodle, Nuggets. I love watching football and still try to attend as many San Francisco 49er games as I can each year. I have been teaching CE courses for over a year with the hope of bringing knowledge of the lending side in each of my classes, and to shed light on different types of loans, appraisals, and conditions.  Ultimately, I want to give you the knowledge to make your clients your biggest fans!
