SARAH LERNOR~INSTRUCTOR

I have a diverse background in Real Estate, insurance, and financial services, which has played an integral role in meeting client’s needs. A North Texas native, I relocated to Houston in 2014 for my husband’s graduate school program, which provided the perfect opportunity to begin a new career in Real Estate, transitioning out of the insurance industry. I began my Real Estate career as a Transaction Coordinator and later became a licensed Agent. Currently, I co-own a property management company in addition to specializing in residential Real Estate. My degrees in English and Communication from Texas A&M are an asset as I effectively manage expectations for tenants, owners, buyers, and sellers. When not practicing real estate, I spend time with my family which consists of my husband, three kids, and two dogs, Clutch and Astro (both names are nods to Houston sports teams). Most of our family time is spent at our church, in the community, or at the little league ball fields.
